Q: What is Flaze Player?

A: Flaze Player is a feature that we offer only to premium users, you can configure it and have access to a sort of /play command but permanently in a channel! No more typing 😎

Q: What is Flaze Premium?

A: Flaze Premium is a feature that has been added in FlazeBot version 2.0 and has many great features to improve your listening/usage of FlazeBot.

Q: When will I receive my key after I paid?  

A: After completing an order on our official store, you will instantly receive your premium key.

Q: Which key will be renewed when I have two?
A: For example, if you have one key that will expire in a month and another that will expire in 12 months, the key with a one-month duration will be renewed. It's always the key that has the least duration that is renewed first. So beware when buying a renewal (No refunds)!

Q: Can someone other than me use the key I purchased

A: No, the account that you have bought the key on, is the account that is marked as the owner of the key and is able to claim it on guilds. So you can show it on Twitch for example and nobody will be able to copy it and claim it as its own. Even if they have it they can't claim it. You are the only one.

Q: What are the features/advantages of Regular FlazeBot Premium?

A: The features you currently have with Flaze Premium are the followings: 

1.  Multiple filters (BassBoost, Piano, Metal, Flat, 8D, Soft, Tremolo, Vibrato, and Karaoke) 
2.  Access to the /volume command 😉

A: Simply go to the Flaze's Store and go to the according category (depending on what plan you want) and select the desired duration, then follow the instructions!

Q: What is the Flaze's Store website?

A: Flaze's Store is under the Tebex system so is easier for us to manage these needs and like so payments are secured.
